A truck-mounted unit is necessary to most effectively and efficiently clean carpet.
Portable carpet cleaning machines, while sometimes the only option, do not afford the same level of heating, and have much lower water recovery rates, resulting in lower performance and longer drying times.
In contrast, a truck-mounted unit can be fine tuned in both temperature and chemical mix to ensure optimal cleaning performance, while the higher-powered vacuum recovers more water, meaning carpet is dry and ready for use much sooner.

Restaurant carpeting is especially vulnerable to buildup of grease and other food materials in such a high-traffic, non-stop environment. Restaurants should clean their carpets monthly for best results, or quarterly at a minimum.
